Refunds & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of the above and still don’t see the refund, email contact@lennysweet.com.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. To request an exchange, contact us before returning anything.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
